2018: Placed 28th out of 280 runners at the NCAA Championships, covering the 8-kilometer course at Lake Breeze Golf Club in a career-best 24:53.8 to become the 15th All-American in Bates men's cross country history (Nov. 17).... Grabbed second place overall among 416 runners with a time of 24:56.9, earning All-New England honors and leading the Bobcats to sixth place among 58 teams at the NCAA New England Regional Championships (Nov. 10).... Captured Second Team All-NESCAC honors with his eighth-place finish among 150 runners overall at the NESCAC Championships, covering the 8-kilometer course at Franklin Park in 25:56.6 as Bates finished fourth out of 11 schools (Oct. 27).
2017: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Finished 25th (26:19.8) at the Saratoga Invitational (Sept. 30).... Finished 12th (26:32.7) at the Maine State Meet (Oct. 14).
2016: All-New England.... NESCAC Rookie of the Year.... First Team All-NESCAC.... Maine State Champion.
