WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Junior Bates women's squash captain Vicky Arjoon fell in the Holleran East consolation semifinals to Virginia's Carey Danforth by a score of 3-1 (11-5, 7-11, 11-8, 11-6) Saturday afternoon at the CSA individual championships.

Arjoon (Georgetown, Guyana) finishes her 2017-18 season with an overall record of 17-5. She was named second team All-NESCAC for the third consecutive season, one of a program record four Bates women's squash players named All-NESCAC this year.

The No. 17 nationally ranked Bobcats (13-7) won the Walker Cup at CSA Women's Team Nationals as the C Division champion for the second time in the past three years.

Bates is returning all but two players from this year's team next year, including the top eight in the Bobcats' starting lineup at the Walker Cup.
